1. Returns Eligibility

Hygiene & Safety Protocol

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following exceptional use cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective or expired product received
  • Missing item in the order
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof such as photos or videos of the package/product may be required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly not eligible for return or refund requests:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Refund Process

Once your request is officially reviewed and approved by our warehouse compliance desk, the refund will be initialized to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank setup.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted depending on product condition.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer one of the following remediation workflows based on real-time parameters:

Full monetary refund

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are handed over to our shipping carriers. Once the order has been dispatched from our distribution hub, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If the standard timeline has passed and you have not received your transaction settlement yet:

  1. Check your bank account ledger again.
  2. Contact your financial institution or payment gateway provider to see if there is a pending buffer.
